Ernest Russell Collins, 79, Indianapolis, IN passed away November 27, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Collins; son, Ernest Collins Jr.; and many brother’s and sister’s.

He is survived by daughter, Bessie Hilley (Allen) of Waco, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Somerson (Jordan) of Chesapeake, VA, James Sexton of Waco, GA, Tricia Hilley of Tallapoosa, GA, Jennifer Hilley of Tallapoosa, GA; great grandchildren, Ian Jinks, Nicholas Hilley, and Noah Sellers.

Ernest was a truck driver over the years and retired from Zumstein Inc. in Lewisburg, OH.  He enjoyed other jobs he did such as auto mechanic, plumbing, and construction.  He was a member of the Germantown Baptist Church of Germantown, OH and at one point was the church bus driver.  He enjoyed spending time with family going to buffets and being a story teller.

He was loved and very much will be missed by all.
